Through a confidential one-on-one caring relationship with a Stephen Minister, someone experiencing challenging times can receive the love, care and support that they need.
Stephen Ministers are able to help people from our church and community who are going through divorce, grief, loss of a job, lonliness, hospitalization, terminal illness, or other life difficulties.
Please consider allowing a Stephen Minister to walk with you on your journey back to wholeness.
For more info about receiving care from a Stephen Minister, to refer someone who needs a Stephen Minister, or info about becoming a Stephen Minister, email Cindy Walton.
La Croix’s Visiting Ministry exisits to make sure that even if a member of our community can not make it to our worship experiences, they still feel loved and cared for.
If you would like to get involved in this Ministry, or know of someone that needs visiting, contact Cindy Walton at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our church values the holiness of marriage and families. In fact, La Croix wants to be known as a place where marriages get healthier through Christ! Our Marriage Mentoring Ministry is built to do just that!
It is a safe place for couples who are looking to focus on their marriage and to be encouraged. It’s couples simply doing life together- one couple may just have a few more “years” under their “marriage-belt.”
Marriage is a beautiful thing but a hard thing. This group offers a unique opportunity to be supported and mentored by other couples who have been there too. Focusing on growing and improving marriage through Christ and His word!
If you are interested in getting involved, email Cindy Walton at email@example.com
The death of a loved one can bring with it many complex emotions. In the shock of grief, planning a funeral or memorial service to honor, remember, and celebrate loved ones who have passed away can feel overwhelming.
La Croix Church assists families during these difficult times by providing support, comfort, and help in designing a meaningful memorial service or funeral.
We have a team of pastors who are able to lead the funeral service, whether it is at La Croix or another area location. Please email Mary Caldwell or call her at 573.339.0302 x 133 to receive help from our pastoral team or for more information.
Celebrate Recovery is a Biblically-based ministry to those experiencing hurts, habits and hang-ups. It is a safe place to share with and care for one another as we allow God to heal us.
Although there is not a group that meets at La Croix, there are Celebrate Recovery meetings throughout the week at different locations.
