What stuck out to you about this sermon and why? Read Genesis 12:1-3. When God calls Abram, he wants to bless him and send him to be blessing. What does that tell you about God and his character?

What are some of the thoughts or feelings that come to mind when you think about living on mission or evangelism or sharing Jesus with others? Jesus went away to be with the Father and pray before he stepped into a season of ministry. How close or far away do you feel to God right now? How do you feel about engaging prayer? Is it hard or intimidating or confusing sometimes?

Who in you life has been a blessing to you? What did that look like?

Mission
Who might God be calling you to be a blessing to that is not following Jesus right now? How might you start to pray for them?

Action
Start by writing down the names of 4-8 people that you can being to pray for. If you need a good starting place. use the prayers "Show me, God" and "Use me, God" throughout your day until he brings people to mind.

Jesus, you took time to be with the Father and to be a blessing to others. Help us to be like you and how you restore the world. Show us who you want us to bless and show us how to begin with prayer. We love you, show us how to love others in your name. Amen.
